The Neuro Lab Online Reporting
Online Neuro-Diagnostic Reporting
Studies acquired at partner centres, reviewed and reported by our specialists — securely, with a full audit trail.
The Neuro Lab Online Reporting lets a diagnostic centre that performs a neurodiagnostic study have it reviewed and reported by our specialists — without the patient travelling to Agartala.
It works much like online reporting for X-ray or MRI: the centre acquires the study, uploads the data and clinical history to a secure portal, and the assigned reporting doctor reviews it, verifies the report and releases it digitally. Reports are specialist-reviewed, not generated by a machine alone.
The service is for partner centres. If you are a patient, your report is shared through the centre where your test was done.
For hospitals, nursing homes and diagnostic centres considering this for the first time, remote EEG and NCV reporting explains which studies suit the arrangement, what your operator needs to be trained on, and why quality control matters more than the machine.
How online reporting works
-
Step 1
Secure centre login
A partner centre or technician signs in to the reporting portal with their own account.
-
Step 2
Study record
The patient and study are recorded, with the test type and reporting priority.
-
Step 3
Upload study data
Study files, clinical history and referral details are uploaded in supported formats.
-
Step 4
Specialist review
The study is assigned to an appropriate reporting doctor, who reviews it and prepares the report.
-
Step 5
Verified & finalised
The doctor verifies and finalises the report, which carries its own identity, version and date.
-
Step 6
Secure delivery
The centre is notified and the final report can be downloaded and shared with the patient.
How patient records are protected
- Role-based access — centre admin, technician, reporting doctor and front desk each see only what their role needs
- Every upload, edit, review and sign-off is recorded in an audit trail
- Encrypted connections, automatic sign-out and restricted access to patient records
- Patient reports are never published or indexed by search engines
