Dr. Abir Lal Nath completed his MD in Mumbai and his DNB in Neurology at the Institute of Neurosciences, Kolkata, followed by a post-doctorate fellowship in Neurointervention & Stroke and the LIINC course in Paris, France. He is credited as a pioneer of Brain Angiography services in Tripura and established the Department of Neurology at Agartala Government Medical College (AGMC) and GB Hospital, where he has treated patients with stroke, aneurysms and other neurological and neurovascular conditions using minimally invasive, catheter-based techniques.
