The articles, service pages and answers on this website are written for general education. They describe neurological conditions and the services we offer in broad terms. They are not a diagnosis, a prescription, or a treatment plan for any individual.

No substitute for examination

Neurological symptoms frequently look alike from the outside and can only be distinguished by clinical examination and testing. Do not use this website to self-diagnose, to decide against treatment, or to delay seeing a specialist. Always consult a qualified neurologist about your own health, and treat stroke or sudden severe symptoms as an emergency.

No guaranteed outcome

Nothing on this site is a promise or guarantee of a diagnosis, a cure, or any particular treatment outcome. We do not claim to be the "best" doctor or centre — only what is stated and verifiable here.

Individual results vary

Outcomes, recovery times and suitability for any test, procedure or referral differ from person to person, depending on the condition, its stage, your general health and other factors.

No doctor–patient relationship

Reading this website, or contacting us through it, does not create a doctor–patient relationship. That begins when you are examined or your case is formally reviewed by us.

Treatment assistance and equipment consultancy

Where we assist with referral, treatment coordination outside Tripura, or equipment advice for partner centres, this is coordination, information and advisory support — not a guarantee of admission, treatment, a particular outcome, or of any specific equipment's suitability.

Online reporting

A report produced through The Neuro Lab Online Reporting is a specialist's interpretation of the study data supplied to us, and nothing more. Its accuracy depends on the quality and completeness of the recording and of the clinical history sent with it, so a technically inadequate study may limit what can be reported, or require the test to be repeated. A report is issued to the referring centre or doctor and is meant to be read alongside the patient's clinical picture — it is not a diagnosis on its own and it is not a substitute for consultation. Reporting turnaround depends on the study type and clinical urgency and is not guaranteed. Online reporting is not an emergency service: a suspected stroke, a seizure or sudden severe symptoms need emergency care immediately, not a report.

Tele-consultation

Where a tele-consultation is offered, it is for suitable follow-up visits and report discussions only, and is available at our clinical discretion. A remote consultation cannot include a physical neurological examination, so it is not appropriate for a first assessment, or for a new, changing or worsening symptom — we will tell you when an in-person visit is needed instead. The quality of the call, and the accuracy and completeness of the information you give us, both affect what can safely be advised. Tele-consultation is not an emergency service and must never be used in place of emergency care.

We aim to keep clinical information current and correct, but medical practice changes. Content may be updated or corrected without notice, and we do not warrant that every page is complete or error-free at all times.
