Finding us

The Neuro Lab is at Old Kalibari Rd, Banerjee Para, Kadamtali, in Krishna Nagar, Agartala — West Tripura, pincode 799001. We are open every day, 8 am to 9 pm. If you are travelling from another district, look up your town on the partner network pages first: each one gives the distance, the route and the landmark to ask for.

Which number to use for what

• Booking a consultation or a test — call or WhatsApp 6909748687. The front desk confirms the slot, because the room and the technologist have to be free at the same time. You can also use the appointment form and we will call you back.
• A home, bedside or ICU study — call and tell us the test, the patient's condition and the address or the ward. Availability is confirmed case by case, not promised in advance. See home & bedside services.
• A report you are waiting for — call the same number with the patient's name and the date of the test. Referring doctors and partner centres can also use online reporting.
• Partnering with us, or equipment advice — write to theneurolabtripura@gmail.com with your centre's name, district and the tests you are planning. See partner with us.

Please do not use this page in an emergency

The enquiry form and e-mail are read during working hours and are not monitored as an emergency line. A suspected stroke, a first seizure, a seizure that will not stop, a sudden severe headache or a head injury needs emergency care at the nearest hospital now — not an appointment.
