The Neuro Lab is a dedicated neuro-diagnostic and neuro care centre in Tripura. It operates as a sole proprietorship, with Mr. Sayan Biswas as proprietor. It is not incorporated as a private limited company, and has no CIN or company registration number at present.

2. Information only — not medical advice

Everything on this website is general information about neurological conditions and the services we offer. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a substitute for examination by a qualified specialist. Never delay seeking care because of something you read here. 3. Appointment and referral enquiries

Submitting an enquiry, appointment or referral form on this site is a request — it is not a confirmed booking. An appointment is confirmed only when our team confirms it with you by phone or in writing. We may need to reschedule for clinical or operational reasons, and we will tell you as early as we can.

4. No doctor–patient relationship online

Contacting us through this website, WhatsApp or email does not by itself create a doctor–patient relationship. That relationship begins when you are examined or your case is formally reviewed by us.

5. Fees and costs

Any cost information given on this site or by phone is an indicative estimate. Your actual cost depends on the tests or consultation required.

6. Treatment assistance and referral

Where we help coordinate a referral, partner-centre relationship, or treatment outside Tripura, this is coordination and information assistance only. We do not guarantee admission, treatment, surgery or any outcome — all clinical decisions remain with the treating specialist and institution.

7. Using this website

You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, scrape it at scale, or submit false information through our forms. We may withdraw access where a site is being misused.

8. Intellectual property

The content, design, logo and images on this website belong to us or our licensors, and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Third-party links and services

This site links to and embeds third-party services such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data — their own terms and privacy policies apply.
