Remote EEG & NCV Reporting for Hospitals
Your technician records the study. Our specialist reports it. No neurologist on your staff required.
The reason most diagnostic centres outside Agartala do not offer neurodiagnostics is not the machine. It is that a recording nobody can report is not a service. Remote reporting separates the two: your technician records the study at your centre, and a specialist reports it.
How it works
The study is performed on your equipment by your operator, following an agreed protocol, and sent to us through our online reporting route. A specialist reviews the recording and returns a written report to your centre, which issues it to the patient or the referring doctor.
The patient is yours throughout. Nothing about the arrangement asks them to travel, and nothing asks you to employ a neurologist to make the service viable.
Which studies
The routine neurodiagnostic work that a trained operator can record reliably — EEG, nerve conduction studies, and EMG where your operator performs it. Studies needing extended monitoring, synchronised video or overnight staffing stay with a centre equipped for them. We will tell you plainly which of your intended tests fall on which side.
What a centre needs in place
- Working equipment appropriate to the studies you intend to offer — we can advise before you buy, through equipment consultancy.
- An operator trained to record to a consistent protocol. Training and SOP guidance are part of a partnership.
- A reliable way to send recordings and receive reports.
- A quality-control routine, so a poor recording is caught and repeated at your centre rather than reported badly.
Why the quality control matters more than the machine
A neurodiagnostic recording is a small signal in a noisy room. Electrode placement, skin preparation, mains interference and a restless patient all leave their mark on the trace, and no amount of specialist reading rescues a recording that did not capture the signal. Most of the value in a reporting arrangement is in the protocol and the training that produce a readable study in the first place.
Starting
Write to us with your centre's name, district, current services and the tests you are planning, and we will tell you what is realistic — including when the answer is that the volume does not yet justify the equipment. See partner with us for what a full partnership covers, the network for how centres connect, and for doctors if you are referring patients rather than recording studies yourself.
